What is wrong with Health Canada? If Canada (and U.S.) continue to treat their second-class citizens Nations in the first place?

Native Americans get a lot of gifts, because of what we have done for them, but they are still treated as second class citizens. Everyone must be treated as people, despite our nationality. Everyone should get the same level of attention, rich or poor.
