Myths of weight loss and dieting

Health () industry weight loss is a wealth of information and guidance available and accessible to the general public. Some of this information is confusing, contradictory and misleading. "There are a number of rounds joke that warns against reading health books as well. You could end up dying of a typographical error. "I'm sure you've heard their fair share of myths or weight loss regime is, some of which you may not know are true "myths." I will cover some of these myths below

1. If you exercise frequently, you can eat whatever you want

Certainly the above statement is not true. Your weight loss efforts will be hampered if do not watch what you eat, even if you're a regular athlete. In general, you should "eat dirt." Avoid packaged foods such as chips, sauces, biscuits, non-perishable, etc. Meat, fish, vegetables, water, cereals, fruits are eating dirt. No change in eating habits, exercise alone has a minimal impact on your weight loss efforts. test weight loss (led by Dr. Kelly Shaw, Department of Health Services Human Australia) found that modification of diet food has a greater impact on weight loss than a year. Thus, the combination of good eating habits and exercise give better results in their efforts to lose weight.

2. Carbohydrates are not good at avoiding

3. All thin people are healthy

Most people think that if you are thin is healthy or healthier than fat people. This is a myth, only because you look out thin (or not overweight) does not mean that you are not fat. Some people have deposited thin internal fat, these fats may have internal or around the vital organs like the liver, heart, etc and can be a health risk than fat as the most obvious external.

A team led by Dr. J. Bell, a professor of molecular imaging at Imperial College in London conducted a sweeping search of about 800 people with MRI machines to create "fat maps" showing that people store fat. According to the findings of Dr. Bell, who maintain their weight diet rather than exercise are likely to have deposits of internal fat, even if they are thin.

Slim people should try to combine diet with exercise to make sure you get rid of fat internally.
