Need advice for 1 year with food allergies?

My son is allergic to the following: dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.), soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and lens. He is still breastfeeding, but not for long (and primarily for comfort, no hunger). This is the stage at which self-feeding and prefer foods that are easy to take and pop in your mouth. I'm running ideas of things to offer meals and snacks. Now they eat much bread, cereal, crackers, apples, bananas, and cooked carrots but do not seem interested in anything else. I have more variety in your diet and make sure that we took all the fundamentals, rational nutrition. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Turkey Nuggets do for my son and he loves them! This is ground turkey bread crumbs, herbs (whatever you want) and some pureed vegetables. I put bread crumbs in the crumb mixture and outside of the chips too. I dip the chips in the egg, then dip in bread crumbs. Can you have eggs? I use chickpeas in them, but you can use what you really want, pumpkin, spinach, anything to get a good dose of vegetables in it!
