
How to start a raw food diet?
Could you give an example of a raw food diet, breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks ………….. I think it might help me lose some extra kilos.

Raw foods chili with tomatoes, avocado, peppers, cumin rolled Roman or chips to corn raw foods (dehydrator) Sometimes, only juices, vegetables, green smoothies. Hope this helps
