Why not the United States, simply copy the health care plans in England or Canada?

The rich are too afraid of losing money? Insurance companies are too ambitious and powerful to allow a National Health Plan? Many of us think as insurance companies and large companies in our own city level legislators in the Capitol Plaza in Washington and the White House. I think why we do not have health insurance for everyone. Even our soilders wounded sailors and Marines receive health care at times ugly role of television news and newspapers. (Ask some veterans if you think this is not true.)
