nutrition lesson for high school?

I foresee a nutrition unit of study for my students (most of them are in grade 9). It would be a good lesson to teach, especially since all they eat is sprayed with hot Cheetos rock star energy drinks. I have some ideas, but I was wondering if anyone else had anything to add. I have the intention of education in that particular order. Please feel free to add comments. Thanks again! (And of course, 10 points for best answer) 1. Why worry about nutrition and what we eat? Perhaps talk of obesity and disease. 2. Introduction Calories and students count the calories you eat in a day. 3. Vitamins and Minerals – Why do we care about vitamins and minerals? Students get the nutrients they need from the food they eat? 4. Make healthier choices – what should we eat instead of rock stars and hot Cheetos? In the week of nutrition, it would be super strict with no food in class unless you are in good health.

Add that the recommendations general are the following: ~ 60% CHO <30% fat (<10% saturated fat) ~ 10% protein (0.8 g per kg body weight)
